Short report of All Saints Russian Orthodox Church in Fargo, ND.
In the parish of the city of Fargo, Thank God, everything is going very well. Parishioners of the parish, attend all the services, put a lot of time to improve the Church. We knew, just a few months ago, the Church was empty and abandoned, without irons and altar and almost all were convinced that any Church or parish no longer exists. Now every Liturgy is going to 20-35 members. Was conducted 5 baptisms, and it is the main indicator of the present, internal, blessed strengthening of the parish.
Last week I visited the Church along with the priest John Komisarchuk. We have almost completed all the repairs that still had to put the Church in proper form. We “sewed” the special wooden inside the altar the whole iconostasis; finished parquet coating inside the altar; build a special room for vestments. We hung the church chandelier (panicadilo).
We completed a kitchen with new cabinets and all necessary equipment, we put new plumbing in both bathrooms, built shower camera. At the entrance to the Church has planted two trees. We made a fence for Parking lot, preventing the entry of other machines that are constantly used our Parking lot to avoid a traffic light. Everything was done by our own forces, with the participation of the parishioners. And I thanks again father John Komisarchuk for his help.
Everyone who sees the Church today can’t believe what a terrible state she was recently!
