Archpriest Vasyl Kuzmych is appointed temporary acting Rector of All Saints parish in Fargo, North Dakota until further notice, with all the rights, duties, and privileges pertaining thereto according to the Normal Parish Bylaws of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. We call down God’s blessings upon Archpriest Vasil for the carrying out of this obedience of the Holy Church.
